Maybe she found a hunky gardener on this side of town.
“Desperate Housewives” actress Eva Longoria dropped $13.5 million for a two-story home on Deep Canyon Drive in the Beverly Crest area, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The recently renovated home, built in 1996, has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a chef’s and staff kitchen, a wine cellar and office. A swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, pool house, tennis court and baja deck complement the 11,000-square-foot house.
Ginger Glass of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage had the listing. Loren Judd, also with Coldwell Banker, represented the actress.
Longoria has moved on from her days as “Gabrielle” on Desperate Housewives, taking on roles on “Empire” and “Decline and Fall.” She’s also produced shows including “Mother Up!,” “Telenovela,” and “Devious Maids.” She recently joined forces with L.A. financier Bobby Turner to promote his housing fund that preserves low-income housing across the country.
