David Lee is aiming for a three-pointer — in more ways than one — in West Hollywood.

The two-time NBA all-star is listing a spread of three condominiums at the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood for $22.5 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Lee, alongside Joseph Moore of INTENTIONdesign, has acquired the proper permits to construct a 5,100-square-foot, three-bedroom home featuring an open-plan layout with floor-to-ceiling windows. But the next owner could build something completely different if they feel like it, Lee told LAT.

Amenities at the 31-story high-rise tower include a concierge service, gym, and swimming pool. It’s known to attract celebrities including Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec, Cher, Matthew Perry and Lindsay Lohan.

The free agent purchased the property in March from real estate investor Thomas J. Swann III. He spent the last six months reworking the home’s footprint.

Paul Stukin of John Aaroe Group has the listing.
