The “California Gurl” is looking to move out of one her Hollywood Hills estates.
Katy Perry is seeking $9.45 million for her larger home on Mulholland Drive atop Runyon Canyon in Hollywood Hills West, the Los Angeles Times reported. The singer-songwriter owns the house next door, as well. She unsuccessfully tried selling both of them for a combined $15 million this summer.
Perry’s 2.33-acre estate is made of four separate structures — a Mediterranean-influenced main house, a two-story guest house, a fitness center and a security guardhouse.
The 3,880-square-foot main residence has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Gardens and fruit trees surround the 1954-built property.
Perry previously purchased the property for $8.2 million in 2013, property records show. She also purchased the 3,000-square-foot home next door around the same time.
