How low can Chris Paul go?

The former Los Angeles Clippers point guard has cut the price of his Bel Air mansion by $2 million as he looks to unload his L.A. digs — perhaps looking to consolidate his real estate closer to his new team, the Houston Rockets.

Originally listed for $11.50 million, Chris Paul’s 12,184-square-foot retreat has been on and off the market since July 2016. He dropped the price again last week to $9.25 million.

The eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom house features an outdoor living area with a pool, a 500-bottle wine cellar, a 12-seat home theatre and a gym with a sauna. This two-story Mediterranean residence is also equipped with a commercial elevator, Crestron sound automation and a camera system.

Paul snagged the property from singer Avril Lavigne for roughly $8.50 million in 2012 – $1 million less than the price she paid in 2007.

Ikem Chukumerije of Westside Premier Estates holds the listing, Los Angeles Times reported.
