Gaming and entertainment veteran Ed Fishman is rolling the dice and hoping to land on a buyer for his Malibu home.
Fishman, who co-founded Access Records with Dick Clark, is asking $19.9 million for the beachfront pad on private Escondido Beach Road, just south of Paradise Cove.
The 6,100-square-foot property has five bedrooms and four bathrooms with nearly 80 feet of beach frontage, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The entry courtyard has a koi-pond and waterfall. The home has an oceanfront wet bar, a media room and an elevator that services the garage and basement, according to listing details.
Built in 1991 for film and television producer Leonard Katzman, the home was one of the priciest listings in Los Angeles last month.
Fishman bought the two-story residence in 1994 for $3.4 million, according to property records.
Ellen Francisco of Coldwell Banker Residential has the listing.
Fishman is known for producing gambling TV shoes and has produced gaming events in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Monte Carlo. He created the gaming association club known as Players Club International.
He was also partners with the late Dick Clark at Signature Entertainment, a talent management and booking company for casinos and corporate events. [LAT] — Subrina Hudson
