Natasha Bedingfield just relisted her 4,800-square-foot estate for $4.75 million — that’s a full $1 million more than its initial ask of $3.75 million in 2015. Andrew Mortaza of the Agency has the sales listing.
The “Unwritten” singer acquired the five-bedroom modern in 2009 for $2.3 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. It was taken off the market in 2015 and listed as a rental property.
The home, which was built in the 1950s, features a media room, theater, multiple entertainment areas, six bathrooms, and views of the Griffith Observatory. Outside, there’s a pool, spa and patio.
