After four months without a $100 million-plus home listing, Donald Bolin of Bolin Development busted onto the scene with a 31,000-square-foot spec palace, asking price of $100 million. The next most expensive property listed last week was a paltry-by-comparison $16.5 million.
Bolin told The Real Deal the five-year project will likely be his last mega-home, joking that another spec manse development would probably end his marriage.
