The Bel Air estate of late film producer Harold Gaba has hit the market for $39.9 million.

Perched on more than five acres of park-like grounds above Stone Canyon Reservoir, the 13,000-square-foot spread comprises six bedrooms and eight bathrooms across the main mansion and two guesthouses, according to Zillow.

Gaba, who died in 2009, headed a number of media companies, including the Concord Music Group, one of the world’s largest independent record companies, and ACT III Communications. He was also the co-chairman of Village Roadshow Pictures.

He was business partners with veteran actor and producer Norman Lear.

Gaba and his wife Carole had owned the property for several decades, records show. It wasn’t clear how much they paid for it.

Hilton & Hyland’s Linda May and Rayni Williams share the listing. They were not immediately available for comment.

The main house features a marble and walnut-floored lobby, a media room, a wine room and a gym. Outside, the lush backyard has a terrace, a pool, a spa and a cabana.
