The Beverly Hills property that served as home to the late Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds is hitting the market asking $18 million.

“Star Wars” actress Fisher and her mother, “Singin’ in the Rain” star Reynolds, died within one day of each other last December. The actresses lived in separate homes on the 3.5-acre estate at 1700 Coldwater Canyon Drive, CBS reported. More than 1,500 items belonging to Fisher and Reynolds will also be auctioned.

The estate includes a 1928 hacienda-style home previously owned by Bette Davis. There’s also a swimming pool, a tennis court and a guesthouse.

Residential brokerage Williams & Williams Estates is handling the property sale, according CBS.

The personal belongings to be sold include “Singin’ in the Rain” costumes and various pieces of “Star Wars” memorabilia.

Earlier this year, singer Katy Perry dropped just under $19 million on a 5,427-square-foot home in the city. [CBS]Miriam Hall
