Mega-mansion builder Nile Niami is selling yet more L.A. manses, amid his ongoing divorce proceedings with wife Yvonne.

The developer listed two homes Tuesday. The first, on N. Cresent Drive immediately adjacent to the Beverly Hills Hotel, is asking $28.95 million.

He bought it for $15.5 million in 2014 from an entity linked to Marianne Metropoulos, a film producer and the wife of billionaire investor Dean Metropoulos, whose sons own the Playboy Mansion and the mansion next door.

Niami renovated the six-bedroom, 10-bathroom property and installed new technology, according to the listing. The 15,096-square-foot house has an open floor plan with vast public rooms for entertaining, a paneled library, a kitchen imported from Italy, a gym, a 20-person cinema, a motor court, a pool and a cocktail bar and wine cellar.

The second, a three-bedroom Paul McClean-designed property on St Ives Drive in West Hollywood, is asking $19.9 million.

The 5,300-square-foot house was also renovated last year and features a screening room and a bar opening up to the pool. Niami bought it for $9.5 million in 2015 from talent manager Scooter Braun, who represents the likes of Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande.

Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland has both listings.

The properties are just the latest Niami homes that have come up for grabs since he and Yvonne split.

Last month, the couple sold another property on N. Whittier Drive for $15.6 million.

Yvonne, the founder of the charitable clothing label n:Philanthropy, has already snapped up another home in Bel Air for $16.2 million.

Speculation has been rife in recent months that the couple’s split could have significant implications for the spec home builder’s real estate holdings, The Real Deal reported. Some have said it could throw the ownership of the infamous $500 million Bel Air mansion he is developing into question.
