Another project is set to come online in booming South Park, right next door to the recently revamped Hotel Figueroa near L.A. Live.
Justin Leong of Glendale-based firm Regalian filed plans with the city Tuesday to convert the parking lot at 913 South Figueroa Street into a mixed-use development.
Plans include 200 residential units, a 220-key hotel, up to 10 restaurants and 94,080 square feet of commercial space, Urbanize reported.
The project would join other developments that have been proposed in the area such as Ben Neman’s 60-story Olympic Tower and a three-tower project by City Century, the Los Angeles affiliate of Chinese developer Shenglong Group. [Urbanize] — Subrina Hudson
