Talk about a homerun. Barry Bonds’ not-so-shabby former dugout just traded for $26.5 million, $4.5 million more than what the baseball legend sold it for in 2014.

The 17,100-square-foot Mediterranean mansion sits on nearly two acres of land. It was built in 1998 and features imported limestone columns, silk carpeting, and crystal chandeliers. The seven-bedroom, 13-bath residence also has a billiards room, wine cellar, gym, office, and home theater with tiered seating.

Outside, there’s a two-story guesthouse, a swimming pool with a cabana, an olive grove, and sport court, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The property, listed by Alla Furman, Branden Williams, and Rayni Williams of Hilton & Hyland, was most recently asking $31 million. The unidentified buyer was represented by Nancy Chan of Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices California Properties. [LAT]Cathaleen Chen
