Grammy-winning pop singer Meghan Trainor has purchased a 6,700-square-foot mansion in Toluca Lake for $4.9 million in an off-market deal, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Trainor was represented by Rodeo Realty’s Wayne Saks. Craig Strong of John Aaroe Group and David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland represented the seller.
The home, formerly the carriage house of singer Bing Crosby and later owned by actors Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, traded hands last December for $2.6 million.
The single-story farmhouse-style abode has an open floor plan and features wrought-iron chandeliers and a marble kitchen. In addition to four bedrooms and six bathrooms, the residence also includes a guest house, swimming pool and spa. [LAT] — Cathaleen Chen
