For a $100 million residence, one infinity pool is certainly not enough.

A new planned Bel Air spec house, listed by Adam Rosenfeld and Kyle Giese of Mercer Vine, would have 15,000 square feet of space, six bedrooms, a glass elevator, and not one but two infinity pools.

Developed by California-based Woodbridge Luxury Homes, who bought the property in February for $14.6 million, it sits on more than an acre of late. Buyers also have the option to purchase the currently vacant site and its construction plans, Rosenfeld told the Wall Street Journal.

The proposed house would feature a guest house, an indoor swimming pool, spa, gym, guest house and views of downtown L.A.

Expensive L.A. spec houses are having a moment. Just last month, a $150 million spec house in Holmby Hills entered the market as the second most expensive listing to hit the market this year.

In Bel Air, a larger spec house is under construction by developer Nile Niami and upon completion, it’s anticipated to be listed at $500 million. [WSJ]Cathaleen Chen
