Live every week like it’s shark week?
That motto seems to fit Canadian investor Robert Herjavec, who appears on the competitive TV series “Shark Tank,” and just sold his West Hollywood condo at a $1 million profit. He sold the unit, on the 17th floor of the Sierra Towers, for $4.2 million.
Herjavec, who has regularly appeared as a “shark” on the show since 2009, bought the three-bedroom unit about a year ago for only $3.2 million. The 1,672-square-foot property faces southeast and has floor-to-ceiling glass for optimal views of the Pacific Ocean.
Sotheby’s Enzo Ricciardelli was the listing agent and Joshua Greer of Hilton & Hyland represented Herjavec, the L.A. Times reported. [LAT] — Cathaleen Chen
