With construction underway at the Four Seasons Private Residences project near Beverly Hills, The Real Deal got a sneak peak at the posh 59-unit condo project at 9000 West 3rd Street, just around the corner from the Four Seasons hotel.
Developed by a partnership between West Hollywood-based Genton Property Group and Four Seasons Private Residences, the project, designed by CallisonRTKL, is slated for completion in late 2017. Its $50 million penthouse, the most expensive in Los Angeles history, has already been reserved.

Residence of the property’s Wetherly Terrace Residences will access their private rooftop gardens via in-residence elevators, where they will have views of the pool and sweeping city views.
The condos, priced sky high – the non-penthouse units range from $2.5 to $20 million – come with amenities that rival those at a five-star hotel. There will be private chefs to cook meals for residents wherever they happen to be hanging out, private trainers waiting at the gym who also do house calls, and access to a director’s cut movie theater.
