Santa Monica-based real estate investment company Montana Avenue Capital Partners has forked out $25.5 million for a three-building office campus known as Torrance Pointe, at Torrance Boulevard and Western Avenue, the Daily Breeze reported.
The seller was Denver-based Amstar Capital, which bought the property for $20.3 million in 2005.
The 145,280-square-foot property, at at 21041-21081 South Western Ave., is 97 percent occupied by tenants such as Honda and AT&T.
