This ranking shows which brokerage firms moved the most volume in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens in 2024.
The source data for this ranking comes from the city’s ACRIS database, including transactions recorded in the year 2024 in the three boroughs studied, and cross-referenced with listings from MLSs and brokerage websites. The deals included condos, co-ops and single-, two-to-four-family homes with no commercial component. The data was vetted with the brokerages. New Development companies and off-market sales were excluded.
The dataset includes rankings for the top 25 brokerages in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Each ranking includes the firms’ total volume for the borough and their deal count, as well as contact information. The dataset also includes details on all 36,944 transactions on which the rankings are based.
