Two residential deals shattered the nine-figure barrier so far in 2024. The Real Deal ranked the top residential sales across New York City to cultivate a top-ten list of priciest deals.
Leading the way with a whopping $135 million closing was unit 26A at Aman New York. Founder and Chairman of the OKO Group, Vlad Doronin, bought the 26th-floor unit at 730 Fifth Avenue in July.
Central Park Tower unit 107 at 217 West 57th Street currently holds second place with a $117.4 million June sale.
The total monetary value of the top 10 sales comes to almost $721 million. The median price of a top ten sale was $62.8 million.
