It’s unclear whether this property will be sold for its listing price, however. Some of Chicago’s biggest sales this year — such as the $12.75 million sale in Winnetka or the record-setting $20 million sale at Trump Tower — were significantly under asking prices.
In July and June, no homes sold in Kane County for over $2.3 million. The five priciest home sales in the county in July ranged from $980,000 to $1.8 million.
