Ozzie Guillen, the former Chicago White Sox manager and player, sold a West Loop condo for $410,000.

Guillen and his wife, Ibis, sold a two-bedroom condo in the West Loop in December, according to the Chicago Tribune. The couple purchased the condo in 2005 for $390,000. They had bought the condo for their children to live in, listing agent Emily Santos of @properties told the Tribune.

Guillen played for the Sox from 1985 to 1997, and then managed the team from 2004 to 2011. He led the team to the 2005 World Series Title and is now an analyst for NBC Sports Chicago.

The couple lives in Homer Glen, where they purchased a house in 2020 for $465,000. Previously they also owned a home in Bucktown from 2011 to 2022 and a townhouse on the Near West Side they lived in from 2003 to 2011.

The couple originally sought $445,000 when they listed it in April 2021, then cut the price twice, once to $435,000, then to $415,000. The sale was finalized in December.

The unit is located in a six-story brick building that was built in 2000. It has two bathrooms, 11-foot ceilings and polished concrete floors.
