Four of the five priciest residential sales in Chicago last week were single-family homes, and the combined price for the pack remained essentially unchanged from the week before.

The only condo to make the list was also the week’s most expensive sale, closing at $3 million for a three-bedroom unit in a 92-year-old building in the Near North Side. But it was Lincoln Park that had three of the five top sales, with Lakeview rounding out the list.

The four single-family homes included one from 1884 and a pair built in 2002.

The $9.9 million tally for all five properties was slightly higher than the $9.7 million from the week before.

Price and property details were found on Redfin, from April 13 to April 20.
