The priciest homes to sell in Chicago in the last week closed for a combined $10.5 million, slightly below the previous week’s $12.1 million total.

All of the sales closed at between $2.6 million and $1.8 million.

The top two are single-family homes in Lincoln Park. They were followed by a condo in Streeterville, a duplex in Lakeview and a single-family home in Logan Square.

Price and property details were found on Redfin, from Jan. 10 to 17.

1874 N. Burling St. | $2.6 million | Lincoln Park
This 7,500-square-foot limestone home in Lincoln Park has four bedrooms and 5.5 baths. It also has a library or optional fifth bedroom, an exercise room and rooftop deck with city views. Century 21 Affiliated’s Alexander Chaparro had the listing. Emily Sachs Wong of @properties represented the buyer in the sale.

1220 W. Wrightwood Ave. | $2.1 million | Lincoln Park
This three-story house has four bedrooms, with space in the basement for a fifth. It includes 4.5 bathrooms throughout 4,400 square feet. The sale price wasn’t much higher than what it sold for in 2010. Compass broker Jeff Lowe represented both sides.

161 E. Chicago Ave. 51BC | $2 million | Near North Side
Two units were combined to make up this neary 4,000-square-foot condo on the 51st floor of a Streeterville building. That gives the unit impressive views of the skyline and lake. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The condo was listed by Suzanne Gignilliat of @properties. The buyer was represented by Juliana Yeager, also of @properties.

3030 N. Lake Shore Dr. #202 | $1.9 million | Lakeview
Located across the street from the Diversey Harbor, this duplex in the Meeker Mansion has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms throughout nearly 3,000 square feet. Compass’ Jeff Lowe represented the buyer and seller.

2062 N. Hoyne Ave. | $1.8 million | Logan Square
This four-bedroom single-family home in the Bucktown area of Logan Square comprises almost 5,000 square feet, plus a big side yard and deck. The property was built in 1875 and rehabbed more recently. Marissa Schaefer and Sharon Gillman of Compass had the listing. The buyer purchased the home with David Fidanza of Redfin.
