Chicago’s luxury housing market has not been immune to the declining sales and decreasing price gains seen in throughout the overall residential market. But despite the slowdown with luxury condominiums, these five high-end properties sold this week.

The priciest resi sales in Chicago include four condominiums and one single-family home. The five properties sold for a combined $14.6 million. Two are in the Near West Side area, and two others are near the lake.
